I got four hearts for Rock and I have the Blue Feather, but he won't accept it! I don't know why. Do I have to see every one of his heart events, 'cause if I do, then I'm out of luck. I haven't seen any of them. Plz tell me how I can marry him! Ty!

Well you should wait until the end of the year, and he'll come to your house on the first day of spring on the second year, and propose. Unless Gustafa and Marlin have four hearts too then they might propose.

K no matter what, Rock will propose unless Marlin or Gustafa have four hearts for you. Remember that they will not usually have hearts for you unless you make an effort to get any. However, if you stumble in on a heart scene, then if you answer the most romantic questions he will like you, but if you don't want to marry him, answer the rude ones. It all depends on who you want to marry.
All you have to do is go to his house every day at exactly 12:00 PM (that's when he wakes up) and bring him stuff, then eventually the sprites will give you a blue feather then one day bring him a couple items and give them to him then try the blue feather he will probably say "Aha!!" which means yes. This may not work for you but it worked for me.
P.S. When you check his diary it must say "i feel (4 hearts) about her.....(heart) before proposing.

another rock heart event that no one elsa really knows about is in year 1 during the fall i went to the inner inn at 8 p.m. fall 5th and rocks parents talk to you about how marrying rock would be a good idea
You do NOT have to see all of the heart events. Even though I want to, I don't know how either. Someone should ell us! ;)

Well, you have to go through the 4th heart scene (which is near the end) where you go in the hotel a day before the 1st of spring and ruby and Tim will ask you to marry rock. Then rock comes in and takes you outside. And then the next day he will go to your house in the morning! That's what happened to me
Rock is sort of the slut of the game. He likes females. I brought him a total of two flowers and hes at four hearts!
