Weird Hoe

I'm trying to get the raccoon, and I've read that you have to befriend Vesta and get the Weird Hoe from her before she'll give you the raccoon. Well, I'm friends with Vesta, so is there something special I have to do to get her to give me the Wierd Hoe? I keep talking to her and giving her flowers everyday, and she still hasn't given it to me. Thanks for the help.

Yes, It is true that you can get the raccoon from Vesta. As to giving her gifts, Id recommend that you begin by giving her milk, It may sound a little too picky but the better the quality of the milk the closer you get to the famous raccoon. Keep in mind that getting the raccoon or the lizard is available only in chapter 1 and that it is very hard to get these pets. I'm also good friends with Vesta, try being friends with Marlin too, he likes food and most dairy products.

You can't get the racoon from Vesta. I used to think you could, but it's just a rumor. All you can get is the first dog, the cat, and the chihuahua.

YES that is true, it is a rummor, just like horse races. You can only get the dog, cat, and horse

I hav the same problem it's very hard for me to say this considering all the work I put into befriending vest so I could get that adorable racoon but the only pets you can get are dog,cat and possibly a lizard
