We saved Neville from the zombie. Now we are stuck in the room with the ghosts that have the lanterns. We have been stuck on this part of the game for about 3 months. Can anyone help us or give us any helpful information?

Those Hinkypinks are a pain, but not the worst. Get close to one, target it and hold down whichever button you selected for Lumos Duo. After a few seconds it will flash & become temporarily solid. Immedietly stop Lumos and hit it with Flipendo until it dies. After you kill all three, Ron will say (in a whiny sort of way) "Oh no, there's more". Deal with them like you did the first three. When they're gone for good, find the crystal ball, target & Lumos it until it shines a beam of light, hop on the mirror turntable and rotate it until the beam shines on the eye and frees you from the room.
