Question for Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

I'm helping my daughter get through the game, and not sure what you call all of the ghosts and goblins. Hermione, Ron and Harry are in a round room with three doors. Each door has a ring that you can "grab".

The only way to grab the ring is to have Hermione use her Glacius on it. Then you can grab the ring, but you cant move the door open, it only says "let go".

After a few seconds, the ring gets hot again and you have to repeat the whole thing over. I've tried every spell on all three characters, and still don't know how to open these doors. I cant leave this area to move on, so I could really use some help. Thanks!

Put the Glacius spell on one of the rings (with Hermione) and then quickly switching to Ron or Harry and quickly grabbing the ring that Hermione put the Glacius spell on.

Switch back to Hermione and freeze a different ring and then do the same process again with Ron or Harry (the one you didn't use on the last ring).

Then do the Glacius spell on the last ring and put Hermione on it.

It worked for me. Hope it helps~!~

Quickly use Glacius on each and have each character grab one.

You can do it.
