Use the Lumos spell you got at Borgin and Burkes.

Use the lumos spell and keep it on them then theyll die then go on win you get 2 the womping willow hit the hands with flipendo and then the eye k

To kill the wolves you use the lumos spell on them and it drivws them away.
PS: Hedwig already told you how to kill them.
