Simple...
You have to "Ground Pound" (Remember, to ground pound, you have to press the "Vertical jump" Button twice) on all four corners of the "Magic Circle" that appears on the field (While avoiding that water attack... Which you simple to avoid)... Once you hit all four, wait for the "Big-one" (The Boss)to go back to the northen side and watch him get whacked on the head...
You have to do this process 3 times to kill the boss...
