Question for Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance

What is the point of the master seal? How can I use it and second how do you get the second job advancement? Please help

I think the master seal gets any unit above level 10 to be promoted. And it is not possible to make them advance past level 20 is they have already been promoted

The Master Seal enables any unpromoted unit not called Ike, Volke or Sothe of level 10 or above to promote. I strongly recommend you avoid them, because the unit's stats will end up worse if you promote them using the Master Seal.

Second job advancement? If you're talking about promoting units, they promote once you get them to level 20 and fill up the experience bar again.
