Question for Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance

Can someone tell me how to get stefan I mean who to get him to talk to what chapter and what area hes in the chapter awnser ASAP plz and ty

Give the q and a a break. There are character walkthroughs and guides in the walkthrough section and the cheat section here, knock yourself out.

With Lethe or Mordecai go to the top-right hand corner of the map, past the palm trees. Now go three quares left and one square down. Stefan should then appear. After a short conversation he should join your party. If you use one of your beorc units to do this, Stefan will appear but will not join you, he will just give you his S level sword - the Vague Katti. He joins your team as a level 8 Swordmaster, with an S rank in Swords and with the Vague Katti sword.

the Chapter in the desert where you're fighting laguz (both beast and air) move lethe or mordecai to the very top right corner of the map. then move them 4 squares left and 2 squares down, stefan will appear (he's half laguz and half beorc) and comment on their appearance, then join you. grab his vague katti, and give it to zihark because he's just such a freaking god that it would be a sin to use steffan over zihark :D
