Question for Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance
I've beaten the game a couple of times now but I still can't figure out how to change volke into an assassin. I know that sothe can't but every time I play I get volke to lvl 20 and try to use a master seal on him but he doesnt change. So please tell.

When he tells you about you're father's past,when he asks if you want his services to kill you if you ever go mad,accept and then he will change classes

clearly you either haven't beaten the game, or you skipped the whole conversation between ike and volke. i forget what chapter, i do know that its snowy. anyway, volke tells you why he was ACTUALLY hired by greil-and he'll ask you if you want to hire him to kill you incase you "go berserk" (you'll know what this means if you dont already later) dont worry about it, accept his offer and he'll promote to an assassin (i was pretty sure even if you skip the conversation he auto promotes anyway but...) he's pretty good
