What is the " exp cheat" talked about on the 2nd hint in the hints section?

Easy. What is done, is during the time at the base during chapter 8, you can give EXP to any character. What you have to do is go to the base, select the tab 'Manage', and select 'Give EXP'. You select Mia at that time, and you can give her up to 100 EXP at a time. Just do that with her, and then do it with Ike. Simple enough!
Well, the "exp cheat" isn't even a cheat. At the base go to manage then award exp. And you can give a unit bonus experience points. Press right to make the unit go to the next level, press up to make the unit gain 1 experience point. I would suggest giving it all to Soren or Mia first, depending if you wand a sage, or a sword master.
