I'm trying to find a red eye and an ancient potion does anyone no where there at

You can find the ancient potion when you defeat any advanced-level monsters, usually in year 4 or after, I found one after defeating the large bird-type creatures at the first level you come to after leaving your home town.
But I don't know about the red eye, sorry.
The red eye is only available if you beat the boss at kilanda but It has to be on cycle 3 but I don't know how many points you need
