Go to the bedroom on the right after going through the second-floor doors. Use Reveal Invisible (using the Alignment rune that opposes the color shown on the Circle symbol on the dresser). If you don't already have it, go to the clock at the base of the stairs Take the key. Use the key on the dresser. You'll find another Chapter and a handgun that uses the ammo you should've already found by now.
