Nope, no Super Saiyan 3.
However, Gohan has a level after Super Saiyan 2, Supreme Kai's Potential if I'm not mistaken.
You need 5 full Ki-guages but it's worth it.
He'll look like regular Gohan but you can see his Ki really well, only disadvantage of Kai Gohan is that he uses more Ki than SS3 Gotenks.
You can't but you can for goku and gohan have elder kai unlock ability.
