On the 4 stage, Battle Arena, when you go to one of the dungeons(the northern one) and beat those digimon enemies, I come up to a big metal block and I can't destroy it. How do you destroy it!

To get passed that block you must use either an electric mp technique or equip an power medal electric onto your weapon. Then you just need to blow the thing up by attacking it.
