I am in the Bone Land, I've killed all the scorpions and have 88% venim. I can't kill any of the moving bones because they have no life meters.....What should I do?????

You have to use the time reverser on the bones. Then you fight them. They are VERY tough; shooting fireballs in all directions at once. You need to kill two of them to get enough venom.
