When you go the the amusment park in the outside world talk the police officer at the front gate. First go to the bronze handicap match, after the 2nd or 3rd battle Lucy and someone else will come out of the stall. When she does walk over to her and press A standing in front of her(which is how you talk to people) and keep pressing A until see gives you Rahu 2. Of course you must get all the bronze trophies first. Rahu 3 is in the amusment park(outside world) to dude. First you have to get all the silver trophies to get to the silver battle royal. Talk to the policeman at the front gate again, choose silver battle royal, and before you battle, go to the broken cart south of the holleseum deck man. Go behind it a press A again and rahu 3 will be yours. Hope I helped ya dude.
