Where is the circuit schematic? I can't find it anywhere!

You need to go back to the past with the aliens time machine, and the circuit is a paper, in the little rectangle bin by the door in front of the thing that looks like an easle

To find the circuit paper, you have to contact the aliens with the radar satellite thing and help them feel better. Then solve the puzzle and a time machine will come up. Make sure you have a bone with you before you travel in time for Tao because he will be blocking the suitcase. Give Tao the bone in the dish and hop in the suitcase for the password.
