Are you asking where to get the map, or where to get the thing described by the map? To get the map, Captain Plankbeard gives you all 3 when you find his 4 crewmates. To get the thing described by Map A, go to the backyard with a spoon, Chibi-Blaster (with Charge Chip), and Chibi-Copter. Go up in the tree, shoot the web with the charged shot, walk left past the Bluebird, copter over to a small dirt area in the tree, and dig. Out will come a treasure chest with Kid Eggplant inside.
