My characters were weaker, so you should be able to win. Try to use Savyna, Mizuti, and Gibari. Most of the enemies' attacks are fire-based, so guard and attack with water and light. Go for Ayme first, her special move is a DEF increase and you should try to prevent this. Concentrate your attacks on her. Despite the temptation, save Giacomo for last. Although he has two offensive rounds, he will not use finishers until his health is low. After Ayme falls, Folon's attack power will have greatly risen. Concentrate your attacks on him. You will take massive amounts of damage, but he will fall first. Take the time to heal everyone as Giacomo has a new finisher, Imperial Force. When you think you're ready, pour your might onto him. The victory may be close; but if you use all your best Magnus, you'll make it out just fine.

I personally fought that battle with Kalas, Xelha and Lyude. Before this conflict, go through your decks and make sure your offenses and defenses are the best they can be (your other teammates don't need their cards, so partake freely). For example, go through your spellcaster's deck (whether you use Xelha or Mizuti is up to you) and make sure they have the strongest spells they can (I think it's level 3 spells where you are in the game, right?). Also make sure to keep offense and defense in balance. Don't become so caught up in "Offense is the best defense" that you lack shields to block attacks. Defense is incredibly important, too! Also healing things, especially Death-curing Magnus like the Holy Grail and Sacred Wine. When a teammate gets KO'd, bring him/her back to life! I love it. Just don't put all the healants on one person, lest they get killed and you're left defenseless! Don't get too many fiery shields either, because that's Giacomo's forte, and Folon likes flames as well.
This being a boss battle, if you're into it, try to get pictures of these guys. Bosses fetch seriously high prices... I had a crappy Giacomo and got over 35000 for it, if memory serves me right!
I know it's kind of overwhelming, but there's some good advice in those paragraphs! ;)

You can do it.
