Question for Avatar: The Last Airbender

Need Help: I have made it to the prison and I can not get out of it??? All doors are locked - made it to the crystals and I am not sure what I am supposed to do when I hit the crystals and the time thing comes up. Thanks for the help. MAG

Are you sure this is the gamecube version of avatar? If so, then can you specifically tell me what level you are on?
