Umm... I'm not sure if this is exactly what you mean, but here I go...

You get tickets by buying Furniture, Wallpaper, Flooring, and Clothes. If you get 5, you can compete in the Lottery on the last day of each Month. You can win rare furniture, or even NES games.

I gues it was sorta basic, but I hope it's what you meant :|
