Sometimes the code needs to be the second one you give him, and sometimes it needs to be the third one you give him. I have run into this on a few codes too. So just enter another code for the first one, then put your code you want as the second or the third(add another one for the 2nd) if you need too. Also make sure you are typing the code right. Sometimes they can be fake codes.

Well, make sure you put them in right. If you did, they could be a code that you send to an animal in the mail.
If not it's a fake code and it doesn't work.
