Unlock Nightmare Difficulty Setting:
Complete the Rally Cup on Hard difficulty
Unlock Black Bomb:
In any of the cups eat 5 Ghosts with the Pac-Mobile and when it is unlocked you can use it in any of the game's modes as an item.
Unlock Watermelon Cup:
Complete the Cherry and Grape Cups
Unlock Classic Cup:
Complete the Watermelon Cup
Unlock Rally Cup:
Complete the Classic Cup
Unlocking Hidden Characters
Unlock The Prince:
Complete the Rally Cup on Easy Difficulty
Unlock Pooka:
Complete the Rally Cup on Normal Difficulty
Unlock Fygar:
Complete the Rally Cup on Hard Difficulty
