It's a SUPER ActionReplay, whose founder was Ralf, but the values were edited by me for balance of the game. Once that code is activated, you will see the real party mayhem, but not as potential I think...
The codes are encrypted, therefore you have to decrypt them with Gcncrypt in order to decrypt the AR code.
