Your greatest and strongest enemy you'll face throughout the game will probably be the Floating Maiden. She is dangerous because her strikes are very powerful. Luckily, she doesn't strike often as long as you keep moving. Her gaze is locked on you, which means that if you don't stop moving, she'll have to keep turning to run after you. She's very slow until she's right on you. This'll make it harder for her to kill you. Defeat her quick since you'll face her in the Kitchen first and you'll be attacked by the flying plates. After the Kitchen, she hardly shows up alone. With her counterparts, they can inflict major damage. Not to mention our natural panic response of fight or flight will take over. It's best to keep a balance of both.
The Skeletons are the next dangerous ones. They have shields to protect them and if I remember correctly, they don't run after you; they're long-distance attackers. This is something to take advange of since you can take your time to kill them. Don't shoot at them rapidly when they hold up their shields; you won't do anything. Their blows aren't that powerful, but their defense is major.
My memory is fuzzy of the Grim Reapers, but they almsot outrank the Maidens. They have no defense but tough blows. Fire rapidly.
The only other thing I could give advice on are the Knights. The knights are strong. They have tough blows and good defense since (if I remember correctly) they're made from stone. Be careful and kill them as fast as you can. Hope this was helpful! Good luck!
Game Room. Go near the pool table. Defeat the giant spider. Now jump on the table and ... Poof! The pool player will try to hit you with the cue ball. Stand behind the other balls to have to cue ball hit them. Ghost will come out if you get of the pool table. Once you sink all the balls flip the switch and BAM! One down four to go. Orange:
Ball/Organ Room. Approach the organ and be blown back. Let the spiders pull you in with their webs. Then move towards the next spider farther back. When two webs are pulling you kill the spider the farthest from the organ. Once you reach the organ a enormous spider will fight you kill and turn on the lights. Mr. Thorn will come back. He always does. BAM! Two down three to go. Yellow:
Pantry. Kill all the riff raff and then climb the barrels and move the painting. Go into the newly opened area. Straiten the picture on the far wall and then jump into the portal. Now go over to the gate. If the door is blocked then find another picture, I can't remember. I think you should be able to go strait to the gate. Turn the handle to open the gate as far as you can. Now as quickly as possible run back to the portal, jump in and then run to the gate and enter. Duel Mr. Thorn yet again. BAM! Three down, two to go. Blue:
Sun Room: Kill all the enimes in the area. Head back towards the door and then turn around to find two Knights giving you a chase. Destroy them. Now return to the window and touch the handle. It will now follow you and let you turn any mirror in the room. Have the ray of light go all the way to the orb in the back of the room. BAM! Four down, one to go. Red:
Big room or something like that. Step on the rugs to change the walls. Assemble the stairs and then climb them and flip the switch. There you go. All the Soul Gems.
First room you start in. Blast them any kind of way or turn on the lights
Mostly in every room. Lock on and blast them any kind of way
The Game Room. Blast them in any kind of way and watch out for their webs
The Kitchen. Keep your distance and blast them in any kind of way
The Graveyard. Wait for them to lower their sheilds and blast them in any kind of way
The Mausoleum. Hit them with either the purple, blue, orange, or red gem watch out for the tiny monkeys!
Fireplace Room. Stun them with blue, and keep them in one spot with multipule reds
Kid's room. Hold the lock on button and mash them with rapid fire shots!
