The former Dark Hunter and Vezok's 'double' becomes a playable character when you complete the game.
Defeating Vezon:
When you have defeated ALL Piraka you will have to fight Vezon for the final time. Hit him first in the back and then in the legs and heads to defeat him.
Defeating Guhhrahk Hajli:
Use the Matoro Tao for beating Guhhrahk Hajli in level 1 and Jaller for killing summoned enemies.
To play as a dead character, just get to a boss battle. Just as you kill the boss, get killed at the same time. The mask at the bottom left will be gone and you will have no hearts(whether they are pink or silver). This will go on until you get hit once by anything, the level ends(because you beat a boss), or you change characters.
