On level one you need to go to the most wooded area in the level then one of the trees will transport you to level four. After you get to level four you should press A,A,B,Y,X,Z,R. If you press all of those buttons in that order an elevator will apper right before your eyes. Hop on the elevator and press Y,Y,L,B,B,R. You will then be transported to level five. But you haven't won yet!... You have to defeat the fire nation by pressing L,R,L,R,B,B,A. Doing that, it will wipe out around 89% of the fire nation. To defeat the rest of the fire nation you will have to press A,A,A,A,B,R,L. The game will then have a Pop-up saying do you wish to continue... PRESS NO! Then it will say WINNER! And with that said you will win for sure!
