Slowly tap A twice to do a suplex and them once you get them weak do the same but hold a arrow and to do you're (Up to do a weak move, left/right to do ddts etc., down to do a poerful move). To do you're finisher when uve got 3 bars in the corner press A then A + B |

Look under the name of your wrestler for a bunch of bars. When the one to the farthest to the right is full, grapple them and press a+b. Note that they must be damaged or it wont work, so you must beat them up a good deal first. |
