Intro:
This is a condensed walkthrough that allows the reader to see, at a glance,
all the items he is able to get at any time. It also shows the general
locations for each and every item, then specific instructions for exactly how
to get them. Also included in this walkthrough are the specific methods for
getting through the dungeons as fast as possible. If you're starting to read
this in the middle of your game, be sure to skim the parts of the guide that
follow the earlier parts of the game to make sure you didn't miss any items
so far. The walkthrough follows this general outline:

TIMELINE: The timeline location for the Oracle games is the most uncertain,
but most prefer placing it in the latter half of the overall timeline.

STORYLINE (Oracle of Ages):
Link awoke one day to find himself deep in a strange forest. As he
started to walk through the woods, he heard cries for help coming from just
up ahead of him. Link hurried toward the voice, only to find a group of
monsters surrounding the woman who was screaming. When the monsters saw Link,
they immediately fled. The woman who was being attacked was none other than
Impa, nurse to Hyrule's Princess Zelda. Impa said she had come to the forest
to search for a singer named Nayru.
"Can't you help me look?" Impa asked. Despite the strange look she gave
him, Link could not refuse her request. Together they found a large stone with
a Triforce on it. Naturally, Link moved the stone, but Impa wouldn't so much
as lay a hand on it. As they traveled even deeper into the forest, they found
a young woman singing. Invited to sit by the group of animals that listened to
the girl's song, Link joined in the circle and let the beautiful song fill his
ears and penetrate his heart. This was surely Nayru, the singer Impa was
searching for. Just then, Impa erupted in a cackling laugh.
"Ah ha ha ha ha ha!" A darkness surrounded Impa, and a frightening
shadow lifted from her body.
"Nayru! Oracle of Ages! I, Veran, Sorceress of Shadows, shall make you
my own!"
The shadow that called itself Veran began swooping about the forest
before flying straight into the body of the frightened singer. A blinding
light shone forth from Nayru's body. When Link's eyes had grown used to the
light, he realized that Nayru looked very strange. Her face seemed veiled in
shadow, and her bright smile had vanished. A piercing, evil gaze had replaced
it.
"Ha ha ha ha ha!" "Now the power of the Oracle of Ages is mine! I can
travel through time at will! Now a new age shall begin-an age of shadows!"
And with that, Veran and Nayru vanished. Nayru was actually the Oracle
of Ages who controlled time in this land of Labrynna. When the oracle was
kidnapped, the flow of time in Labrynna was distorted, and strange things
began to happen. Before vanishin, Veran said, "When the past changes, so does
the present." Her plan was to travel to the past and gather power from the
sorrows of the people of Labrynna so that she could create her age of shadows.
Will Link be able to free Nayru from Veran's evil clutches? Such is the quest
that Link must now undertake.
(Oracle of Seasons): One day in Hyrule, a strange force drew Link deep
within Hyrule castle, where he found the Triforce resting, glittering
brilliantly as it awaited him.
"Link... Link... Accept the quest of the Triforce!"
Suddenly, Link was enveloped in a circle of light, and the next moment,
he vanished. When Link awoke, he found himself in a forest he had never seen.
Confused, he looked around blankly at the unfamiliar surroundings. He heard
pleasant music and laughing voices echoing from deep within the woods. Link
followed the inviting voices until he came upon a traveling troupe of actors.
He was immediately struck by the beauty of a young woman who was dancing about
in circles. When the girl noticed Link, she smiled brightly and called to him.
"Welcome to Holodrum. I am Din, the dancer," she said with glee. "Would
you like to dance with me? Don't be shy. It will be more fun if we dance
together."
She took him by the hand, and he reluctantly began to dance.
Unfortunately, this blissful moment did not last long. The sky suddenly went
dark, and there was a loud crashof thunder, followed by a resounding,
thunderous voice.
"I've found you, Din! You can't deceive me by disguising yourself as a
dancer. I am Onox, General of Darkness! Now reveal yourself, Oracle of
Seasons!"
Then a great tornado dropped from the sky and drew near Din, as if to
engulf her.
"Help me, Link!" she cried. Link was blown back by the tornado as he
struggled against its awesome force, and Din was swept away in the wind...
And then strange things began to happen throughout the land. When Onox
carried off the Oracle of Seasons from the land of Holodrum, the seasons fell
into chaos and the land was deprived of the bountiful gifts of nature. Life
was slowly being drained from the land, and all living things began to
wither. And so Onox set in motion his plan to gather the power from the
withering land and create a world of total darkness. Will Link be able to
rescue Din from the hand of evil, the General of Darkness? Such is the quest
Link must undertake.

COMMENTS: The Oracle games are quite possibly the most difficult to complete
100% in the entire Zelda series. What makes it so complex is not only the 64
rings to collect in both versions, but also the interplay you must do between
OoA and OoS. This is the way it works: When you beat OoA, for example, you
get a password. Input that password when starting a new game in OoS, and you
begin a password game. In a password game, there are a few differences
between it and a "normal" game. This is the most important difference: In
password games, new people will exist in the game for you to talk to that
wouldn't be there in a "normal" game. Talk to these people to get passwords.
For each password you get, there is a corresponding person you talk to in the
opposite OoA game that appears after beating the final boss in that game;
give that person the password, and they give you an upgrade and another
password. To also get that upgrade in OoS, take the password the second
person gives you and tell it to Farore inside the Maku Tree of the OoS. As
far as ring transfers go, talk to the red snake inside the ring shop in one
version; he gives you a password. Go to the other Oracle game and give this
password to the red snake inside the ring shop of that version, and it
"transfers" all the rings you collected from the first Oracle game to the
second one. You don't lose any rings by transferring; you keep the rings in
the first Oracle game and "copies" of those rings are sent to the second
Oracle game. No actual link cables are required!
Collecting rings is the crux of finishing the Oracle games 100%.
Throughout the quest, you may find rings in treasure boxes in hidden
locations. All of those locations are marked in the list. However, most of
the time you'll be collecting rings off of Gasha Nuts or Maple the witch.
If you're new to the game, it's best to wait until you've explored most of
the map (in a "normal" game you can still traverse the world and get more
rings after beating the final boss, but after beating the final boss in a
password game, it's over and no more progress can be made) before doing a
massive ring hunt. The rings and Heart Pieces you get ONLY from Maple or
the Gasha Seeds and the bonus rings Vasu gives you are listed in the Extras
section at the very end of both checklists; they obviously do not have to be
gotten at the end, they were simply listed there because the process of
collecting of them is completely random.
There are a couple tricks to quick ring collection from Maple. The
first is encountering Maple as many times as possible. In OoA, go to the
base of the Rolling Ridge right in front of the Goron Dance in the present,
and walk along the grassy path to opposite sides of the mountain. There are
tons of enemies there, and Maple will show up very quickly when you do this.
In OoS, beat up the Like-Likes around Lost Woods. Also, to halve the number
of enemies you must defeat to encounter Maple (15 instead of 30), wear the
Maple's Ring when doing this. Then, when Maple appears on screen, have the
Pegasus Seeds ready so if you see a ring pop out you can run straight for it!
This guide shows the general location of all the hidden Gasha Seeds.
In addition to these, there are also Gasha Seeds that you can buy at the
local town shops for 300 rupees each. There are also a couple hidden shops
in Lynna Village and Horon Village where you can buy more Gasha Seeds and
rings. Throughout the game you want to keep a constant flow of Gasha Seeds
coming into your inventory then out into the soil patches around the world so
you can keep getting more rings. In OoA, the easiest way to get massive
Gasha Seeds is by doing the Goron Dance in the present and getting 6-7
correct on the Gold stage. In OoS, it's more difficult to find Gasha Seeds
and you might want to stick with Maple hunting or the treasure game in Horon
Village.
Gasha Seeds, of course, don't do any good to you if you can't find any
soil patches! There are at least 15 patches scattered around both Holodrum
and Labyrnna (16 in a password game). Use the Discovery Ring, which lets
you know when a patch is on-screen. To see the specific locations of the
patches, check below the 'Items to Get' list for each section.
In OoA, there are two dimensions: the past and the present. You will
be able to travel more easily between the dimensions as you progress through
the game and learn more tunes through your harp. There are quite a few
puzzles that have you altering things in the past that affect the present.
In OoS, there are two "worlds": The overworld map, substantially larger than
OoA's, and a small world called Subrosia that you access by way of vortexes
from the overworld. There are also four seasons that cause minor but
important changes to the overworld. In winter, the lakes freeze and snow
piles up; in spring, certain rocks change to flowers; in summer, the lakes
dry up and vines grow; and in autumn, mushrooms are ripe for picking.

side-scrolling underground passages in this game, most of which are easy

3. Moonlit Grotto
Get Seed Shooter
Get 2 Gasha Seeds
Defeat Shadow Hag
Get Echoing Howl and Heart
Dungeon notes: OoA is a very puzzle-oriented game, and it really starts to
show here. At the center of the dungeon is a spinner, which sends Link in
one direction and changes the direction it spins after Link uses it. You
will be using a lot of bombs early on in the dungeon; remember that Link can
throw bombs over the tiny boundaries to blow up things on the other side.
Link gets the Seed Shooter here, which remains his only projectile weapon/
item throughout the game. Shoot the Ember Seeds to light up faraway torches
and enemies, and shoot the Scent Seeds to hit switches and crystals. Several
of the rooms involve shooting seeds off of beams into switches, but these
puzzles aren't too difficult yet. To defeat the mini-boss, use the Shovel to
dig him up from the ground, then slice him up with the sword. To defeat the
Shadow Hag, wait until the main ghost appears, then face away from it and
shoot a seed at the wall so it bounces into the ghost and damages it. Do
this until it dies.

basement of the shop.

4. Skull Dungeon
Get Switch Hook
Defeat Eyesoar
Get Burning Flame and Heart
Dungeon notes: The difficulty of dungeons continues to rise dramatically, with
this dungeon introducing the important Switch Hook item. This works like a
basic hookshot; if Link switches with a heavy object like a diamond, however,
the object does not disappear and can be maneuvered onto switches. You will
also encounter tile-filling rooms, in which you must step on all the tiles
once to make a chest appear. Follow the arrows in the guide to complete the
puzzles. The environment is more dangerous than the actual enemies; always
be cautious around the many lava pits. To defeat the large Armos Statue mini-
boss, avoid the flying sword and lure it into the moving Armos to damage it.
To defeat the boss, simply hook-switch the central eye and slash it when it's
stunned until it dies.

5. Crown Dungeon
Get Cane of Somaria
Defeat Smog
Get Sacred Soil and Heart
Dungeon notes: The Crown Dungeon is a labyrinth of staircases and keys,
basically divided into a left and right half. Get all the keys from the left
side of the dungeon before going to the other side, and the dungeon will be a
lot simpler. The 'theme' here is many crystal switch and Cane of Somaria
puzzles. The Cane of Somaria creates blocks, which you use to put onto
switches or prevent other blocks from moving. There are a couple rooms where
statues move together when you push only one; use the cane to stop one of
them from moving. The mini-boss here comes from Link's Awakening: avoid the
ball and throw it back on the creature to damage it. The boss Smog is the
trickiest foe yet: you must create blocks to alter the little cloud's paths
and make them collide into each other. When all two or three clouds have
collided, slice up the big smog that appears. If you can do that four times,
you will defeat the boss. Step on the switch in the room if you need to
reset the clouds.

6. Mermaid's Cave
Get Gasha Seed
Get Mermaid Suit
Defeat Octogon
Get Bereft Peak and Heart
Dungeon notes: The sixth and seventh dungeons of OoA are long, confusing
water-themed temples. Like the Spirit Temple in OoT, Link must travel
through time to complete the dungeon: first, enter in the past to make the
main part of the dungeon accessible in the present; then, enter in the
present to find the Mermaid Suit and Boss Key; and return again in the past
and use the Mermaid Suit to get to the boss. The Mermaid Suit is a very
important item, because it allows Link to dive into the deep sea water found
in the overworld and latter dungeons. Link can now sink down into the true
depths of the ocean to access more secrets in the game. Unfortunately,
Link's only real attack while in this form is to attack with the Seed Shooter,
so be stocked up before diving under. The mini-boss guarding the suit is
simply defeated by jump-slashing him with the sword. The boss can be tough to
survive against; he shoots fireballs that fall and burst out in many
directions. Wait until he turns to shoot at you, then slash or shoot him up.
When he sticks his head underwater, slash the eye as it circles around the
platform, and don't dive into the water!

- Kill the enemies for a Gasha Seed, then go east.
- Light the enemies with Ember Seeds to kill them, then go north.
- Go east, shoot the torches in the correct order, then go back west.

7. Jabu Jabu's Belly
Get 2 Gasha Seeds
Get Long Hook
Get Like-Like Ring
Defeat Plasmarine
Get Rolling Sea and Heart
Dungeon notes: The second water dungeon of the game is similar to the Water
Temple of OoT due to the water-level puzzles inside. The first thing you may
notice is that most of the dungeon is underwater; holes and pits have no
effect on Mermaid Link. In the water-switch room on the 3rd floor, the red
switch lowers the water to the bottom, the right-hand blue switch raises the
water back to the 1st floor, and the left-hand blue switch raises the water
to the 2nd floor. The main item of importance is the Long Hook, which is a
simple upgrade to the Switch Hook that reaches farther. Raising and lowering
the water level creates hook-switch-able islands throughout the dungeon. The
higher the water level, the more rooms are accessible, because Link can go up
and down levels through openings in the floor. To defeat the mini-boss, shoot
Scent Seeds at it to shrink it, and slice it up with the sword. The boss is
fairly simple as well: After it shoots a beam at you, hook-switch it and it
will change colors and take damage from the beam. Repeat until it dies.

  key.

spinners, cracked block and pots and continue east. Lay bombs or blocks with
the Cane of Somaria to find the invisible path, and go down the stairs. Exit
the cave, and push the middle statue left to open up the final area. Go
through the simple mazelike area to the end and enter the last dungeon.

8. Ancient Tomb
Get L-2 Power Glove
Get 2 Gasha Seeds
Defeat Ramrock
Get Falling Star and Heart
Dungeon notes: The Ancient Tomb is basically a rehash of all the previous
puzzles you've seen so far: on the B1 floor, there is a difficult dual-
spinner puzzle that blocks your way to the B2 floor. On the B2 floor, there
are four slate pieces in the four corners, and each is protected by a puzzle
or two; but nothing that you haven't seen previously. There are also plenty
of fairies around for all your healing needs. The four slates to be found
unlock the large tomb at the center of the dungeon, which guards the boss.
Inside you will find the L-2 Power Glove, which gives Link the power to lift
the heaviest statues lying around. The mini-boss on the B2 floor is similar
to Agahnim from LttP: reflect the circular orbs back at him with your sword
to damage him. Ramrock, the boss of the final dungeon, has four different
stages of attack. In the first stage, reflect his stone fists back at him
diagonally to damage him. In the second stage, throw bombs into his hands so
that they blow up in his face. In the third stage, shoot Scent Seeds off the
back walls to hit him from behind. In the last stage, avoid the fist-ball he
lunges at you, then pull back on the other ball all the way with the Power
Glove and release it to hit him.

Dungeon notes: The first dungeon of Seasons is a short and sweet introduction

this point, so the dungeon puzzles are very simple. At one point, you will
face the mini-boss Moblins guarding the secret item; just slice up one with
your sword, and they will both die. The Seed Satchel is a very important
item; you only have the Ember Seeds at the moment, but eventually you will

use it to get past the blue rollers; watch out for the cracked pits as you
push them. At one point, you will go outside the dungeon proper to find a
new staircase leading inside. To defeat the mini-boss, throw bombs at its
face, and kill the enemies to get bombs if you run out. The Dodongo can be

the Power Bracelet, and repeating that until it dies.

Dungeon notes: The common enemies have begun to get a bit harder now. In
the first room, you will use Link's shield to flip over the spiked-shell
enemies so you can kill them with the sword. Avoid the Wall Masters, since
they will take you back to the dungeon entrance if they touch you. The
Moldorms are also fairly difficult to kill. The trampoline is an important
puzzle element here; push it onto a colored tile, then use it to bounce up
to floors above. Inside this dungeon Link will get the Roc's Feather,
which enables him to jump over small gaps on his own, without the aid of an
animal friend! Getting the Roc's Feather will open up the next section of
the game, in the east part of the map. To defeat the mini-boss, pick up
the heads with the Power Bracelet, and slice them up when they flop out of
the water with your sword. The boss, Mothula, can be tricky: Stand on one
of the middle platforms, and swipe away with your sword. Don't fall into
the pit, or the battle will restart.

4. Dancing Dragon Dungeon
Get Slingshot
Defeat Gohma
Get Soothing Rain and Heart
Dungeon notes: This dungeon has little to do with dragons, but is mostly
about mine carts and seed-shooting. Hit the switches to change the course
of the track and access new rooms. Later on in the dungeon, the switches
are out of reach for your sword, but when Link obtains the Slingshot, he
can shoot them from a distance. The Slingshot shoots all five types of
seeds; usually, the Ember Seeds for lighting torches and the Scent Seeds
for hitting objects or enemies. To defeat the mini-boss, light the two
torches in the middle first, then attack the ghost with the shadow under
it to damage him. Repeat that until he dies. The boss is a more dangerous
version of the Gohma enemy found in many Zelda games. Attack its claw
with your sword until it falls off, then shoot at its eye when it opens up
with your Slingshot. Chop up the fireballs it spouts out to get hearts
and seeds.

5. Unicorn's Cave
Get Magnetic Gloves
Defeat Digdogger
Get Nurturing Warmth and Heart
Dungeon notes: The Unicorn's Cave is a fairly long, difficult dungeon that
introduces a very useful new item: The Magnetic Gloves. These gloves serve
a variety of purposes: They push and pull the magnetic balls scattered
around the dungeon; using a magnetic stone, they can repel or pull Link
across big gaps (or push and pull him up and down in a side-scrolling
passage); and using a magnetic revolving block, Link can attach to it, then
swing around to the other side and quickly switch to be repelled off at a
different direction. A couple of times, you must make a ball appear from
one side of the room, then come back from another side to use it to get to
the next room. Also, there are certain ball-shaped enemies that you must
use the glove to pull towards you, then strike with your sword. To defeat
the mini-boss tiger, just slash its tail with the sword and avoid its lunges.
As for the boss, use the glove to pull the spiked ball off the northeast pole,
and push the ball into the path of the Digdogger to damage it. After a few
hits, it splits into tiny pieces; attack the small enemies with the sword,
then repeat the process.
To the map:
- Go north, then east.
- Ride the right-hand cart, hitting the switch and going north twice.
- Get the key, then ride the cart back south and hit the switch again.
- Get back in the cart and ride it north and east.
- Enter the underground passage, and climb up the ladder inside.
- Go east, kill the enemies and get the map from the chest.
To the secret item:
- Go west twice, then go left, get past the blocks and go north.

6. Ancient Ruins
Get L-2 Magical Boomerang
Defeat Manhandla
Get Blowing Wind and Heart
Dungeon notes: These ruins are big, dangerous, and mind-bending, and it will
take a lot of effort to get through it. On the first floor is a long-winded
spinner puzzle that spans across nearly all the 1F rooms. This dungeon
combines many of the puzzle elements you've seen before in your quest, and
it's also full of annoying, damaging enemies. Late in the dungeon you will
find the Magical Boomerang; to use it, hold down the button for the Boomerang
and you can change its direction as it flies through the air, to hit
otherwise unreachable objects. It can also serve as a useful long-distance
weapon against many enemies. Vire, the mini-boss, is easy: charge up a spin
attack and unleash it when he charges at you. When he splits into small
bats, jump-attack them to finish them off. Manhandla is another
annoyingly difficult boss; first, use the Boomerang to damage the four heads,
while jumping to avoid the fireballs. After its heads are destroyed, hit the
body with the Boomerang as fast as you can to split it, then slice up its
heart with your sword.
To the map:

- Go south, west twice, north, ride the spinner left and go west, then north.

big pit and pull the ball up all the way. Now push it right and down
across the pit, then push it across the larger right-hand pit and onto the
switch. Get the key, then go back south.

7. Explorer's Crypt
Get L-2 Roc's Cape
Get L-1 Power Ring
Defeat Gleeok
Get Seed of Life and Heart
Dungeon notes: In the longest and arduous dungeon so far, the puzzles keep
getting more challenging! When using your glove to attach and detach to
revolving magnetic blocks, remember that you can quickly shift directions in
mid-air by flicking the control pad; this is necessary for a couple rooms.
A couple of ghosts have taken control of this dungeon and placed curses in
several places; you must find and defeat them to lift the curses. They team
up to battle you together as the mini-boss battle: to defeat them, attack
them with charged sword attacks, and keep re-lighting the candles so they
don't become extinguished. With the L-2 Roc's Cape, you can leap much
farther than you could before- up to 4 tiles, using Pegasus Seeds. Be sure
to revisit all the rooms you can to see what you couldn't get before with
just the Roc's Feather. The boss, Gleeok, is not terribly difficult: Attack

Dungeon notes: The top half of this dungeon is all frozen over, but the
bottom section is filled with molten lava. In the second half, you will
have to use the carts to transport four ice crystals to the four different
red pits, and throw the crystals into the pits to harden the lava below and
make the floor traversable. But first, you will need to obtain the Hyper
Slingshot, which is a simple upgrade of the regular Slingshot; it shoots
three seeds in different directions instead of just one. The mini-boss fight
is a little unusual: Shoot it with a Mystery Seed to make it change forms,
then wait for it throw an ice crystal at you and shoot a Mystery Seed at the
crystal. Pick up the crystal, then wait for the mini-boss to change back to
its lava form. Throw the ice crystal at it to damage it then. The Red Ring

flames and fireballs, and keep slashing at its head until it is defeated.

of Ages (only in a password game!), and who to tell these secrets to in
Oracle of Seasons to get special items. Then, tell the secret you learn from
the person in Seasons to the fairy inside the Maku Tree in Ages to get that
special item in Ages. NOTE: This will obviously not work if you are also
playing a password game in Seasons!

After beating the 1st dungeon, go north twice and talk to the ghost outside
the Witch's hut for this secret. In Seasons, go north from the pirate ship

corner of the Graveyard, dig above the gravestone with no flowers. Give the
secret to the ghost inside. Win the mini-game to get a Heart Container.

in Seasons to get the L-3 Mirror Shield.
- Subrosian Secret (Receive: Rolling Ridge; Give: Subrosia Volcanoes)
After the 5th dungeon: from the last secret, warp to the present and go into
the cave here. Talk to this Subrosia for another secret. In Seasons, use the
vortex you used to access Subrosia for the first time. Go west and enter the
cave, then tell this secret to the Subrosian inside. Win the mini-game to get
Bombchus.
- Diver Secret (Receive: Zora Village; Give: Sunken City)
After the 6th dungeon, get to the very northwest corner of Zora Village in the
present. There is a swimmer there who will give you a secret. Take this
secret to the Master Diver in the cave in Sunken City to get the Swimmer's
Ring.

3A. Hero's Cave (Oracle of Ages)
Get 3 Gasha Seeds
Get L-3 Armor Ring
Dungeon notes: In Oracle of Ages, the Hero's Cave entrance is located on the
screen south of the Maku Tree in the present, in the cave to the right, and
only in a password game. It is the most challenging dungeon of the game, so
come prepared! It is only clearable after Link receives the Long Hook after
the seventh dungeon, later on. The purpose of going through this dungeon is
to get the L-3 Armor Ring, one of the best rings in the game. The Hero's
Cave is not a typical dungeon: each room consists of a big puzzle that is
required to be solved before moving on. You will be using the Seed Shooter
and bombs a lot here, so having the best upgrades available is a must. Many
of the puzzles also involve tricky block-pushing and hook-switching. The L-3
Armor Ring makes Link's sword almost useless, but his defense becomes good
enough to let him almost ignore all enemies.
Walkthrough:
- Light the torches and go north.
- Push the left-hand pot right once, then the block that was above it up once.
Push the pot left once, up, and right onto the switch. Push the block
directly above the right-hand pot right, and push the block left of the
switch to the left. Push the pot left twice, then the block directly below
Link up once, and the block above the switch right once. Push the pot onto
the switch, get the key and go east.
- Jump over to the right with the Pegasus Seeds, then go past the pots to the
east end of the room. Push the far-right block south. Now push the block
just southwest of where the pots were to the right, and push the block
northwest of the first block to the right and go through. Throw a bomb at
the cracked block, then go back and push the block north of where it was
down. Push the statue onto the switch, get the key and go north.
- Stand just to the left of the whole bridge, then shoot a seed off the walls
into the switch and quickly cross the bridge. Get the key, push a block
  aside and go west.
- Kill the enemies, stand just below the right-hand eye and shoot a seed
southwest to light the first three eyes, and quickly light the right-hand
eye. Get the Gasha Seed from the chest and use the warp.
- Match the statue formation on the left with the other statues. For the
other blue statue, push the right-hand blue statue on the left formation to
the right to complete the right formation. Get the key and go north.
- Go east; the prize for this room is only rupees.
- Jump across, hook-switch with the left diamond, then stand right of the blue
tile and hook-switch with the diamond to the right. Hook-switch the left
diamond to the right, then push the left blue statue onto the blue tile.
Hook-switch back the upper diamond, then stand far north of the lower
diamond and hook-switch it. Hook-switch the diamond to the far northeast
tile of the room, past the second barrier. Push the statue past the
barrier, hook-switch the diamond and push the statue onto the blue tile.
Get the key and go north.
- Push the blocks above the left-hand switch and step on it. Push the block
directly below the right-hand switch up, and create a block on the switch.
Use the Pegasus Seeds, go across the bridge, jump on the east platform and
onto the opposite platform. Get the Gasha Seed and go west.
- Fill in the tiles: ^ ^ ^ ^ < V V V V < ^ ^ ^ ^ < V V V V V > > > V V V < ^
  ^ < < V > V < < ^ < V < ^ < V < ^ < V < ^ < V < ^ ^ > ^ < ^ > ^ < ^ > ^ <
  ^ > > V V V V V V > ^ ^ > V V > ^ ^ > V > V > ^ ^ < ^ ^ < < V < ^ < ^ ^ >
  V > ^ > > V > V and create a block on the last tile. Get the key and go
  north.
- Dive into the water, then rise up to the left. Hit the crystal and push
the pot up past the lowered tile, then push the pot down left of the
barrier. Stand above the crystal and hit it again. Stand just left of the
lowered red tile, throw a bomb at the crystal, and go right past the blue
tile and step on the switch. Hook-switch both pots, hit the crystal and
get the key, then go past the locked block and dive under.
- Hook-switch with the diamonds and get to the northwest corner. Switch the
northwest diamond right once, then down four. Switch the other three
diamonds onto the upper, left and right switches. Stand on the lower
switch and switch with the lower diamond to make a chest appear. Get the
key, go past the locked block, rise up and use the warp.
- Jump over to the pulley, pull it, then push the cube right onto the blue
tile. Use the Pegasus Seeds, pull the pulley again, and push the cube left
twice, and up. Use the pulley, push the cube left, up and onto the yellow
tile. Throw bombs at the cracked blocks, use the pulley, push the cube
right twice, then down twice. Use the pulley, push the cube right four
times and down twice. Use the pulley and push it right three times, then
use it and push it all the way north onto the red tile. Jump over to the
  stairs and go down.
- Jump into the small nitche, hook-switch across, and go up the ladder.
- Ride the cart to the chest and get the Gasha Seed. Take out a bomb, jump
in the cart and throw the bomb down at the cracked block. Hook-switch
across. Use the Pegasus Seeds and carefully jump across the pits, then
  use the warp.
- Defeat the enemies and get the L-3 Armor Ring from the chest.

a deserted house. Talk to the ghost inside for a secret. In Ages, go to
the librarian in the back room of the library near Zora Village in the
past. You must solve the invisible floor puzzle again, but at the end, tell
him the secret to get the L-3 Mirror Shield.

3S. Hero's Cave (Oracle of Seasons)
Get 4 Gasha Seeds
Get L-3 Power Ring
Dungeon notes: In Oracle of Seasons, this dungeon is located in the same cave
in which you get the Wooden Sword in a non-password game, in the Western
Coast. Like the cave in Ages, the Hero's Cave consists simply of large
consecutive rooms, each of which contains a difficult puzzle. You will
need to use all your skills and items to get through it, up to the Roc's Cape
from the Explorer's Crypt. The prize is the L-3 Power Ring, which makes Link
into a super-powerhouse (especially with the L-3 Master Sword), but also
increases the damage he takes by a lot. There are not as many difficult
puzzles in the Seasons Hero's Cave as in Ages, but it still may take several
tries to get through. Remember the techniques you've used in the dungeons
thus far, and you should be able to solve these fairly easily.
Walkthrough:
- Go north, slice/pick up the first four pots up. Pick up the first three
pots to the right, and push the last one right once. Go past six more
pots, then push the last one two right and one down onto the bottom
switch, and slice up the other two pots. Push the three blocks below the
north pot aside, then push the north pot onto the other switch and go east.
- Get past the two rollers to get to the southeast corner. Push one of the
pots three left, push the other one onto the switch, then push the first
one onto the other switch from the right. Go south to the next room.
- Push the north pot onto the far southeast switch, then push the remaining
pots onto the other switches. Cross the bridge and get the Gasha Seed
from the chest, then jump north across the pit and use the vortex.
- Jump across the pit and go west, jump onto the switch and get the key that
drops, then go north through the locked door.
- Jump onto the four switches on all four corners of the room, then go east.
- Push the roller aside without stepping on cracked floors, then step on
the switch and get the Gasha Seed from the chest. Swim to the vortex and
  use it.
- Swim left, stand on the purple tile and push the block aside, then go up
and light the torch with an Ember Seed. Get the key from the chest, then
  swim south.
- Push the block below the north torch to the right, push the block to the
right of that block up, then go around and north of the torch. Push the
upper two blocks to the right, then push the southern blocks down and the
last one into the pit. Jump over the pit, get up on the ledge, and go
through the locked block. Light the two torches, then go west.
- Shoot all the enemies, dive to get the key, then go north through the
  locked door.
- Go up and bomb the two blocks near the center of the room. Get past the
blocks on the east wall, then bomb the block near the north torch. Light
both torches, get the Gasha Seed from the chest, then use the vortex.
- Use the glove on the rotating blocks to go clockwise around the room, then
northeast. Use the glove again to get to the room to the south.
- Use the Slingshot to make all the crystals red, then go west.
- Pick up the pot in the northeast corner, then use the glove to move the
ball across the pit and onto the purple tile. Move the ball past the
blocks and onto the switch, then get the Gasha Seed from the chest. Jump
across the pit and use the vortex.
- Jump south across the pit, push the north pot right one, then jump across
the next pit. Push the block to the right of the middle pot on the right
down into the pit. Push the two upper pots on the right side onto the
two right-hand switches. Now get rid of the upper and lower pots on the
left-hand side, and push the two blocks to the left of them left into the
pit. Push the remaining pot up, right, and up onto the northwest switch.
Go to the southeast corner and jump left over the pit, then push the
three blocks to the right of the pot up and to the side. Push that pot
onto the last switch, then go north.
- Step on all the switches one by one to make enemies appear. Kill them all
and get the key, then go east through the locked door.
- Stand in the northwest corner and use the Boomerang to hit the crystal.
Get the key from the chest, then go south through the locked door.
- Pay the man 60 rupees, and open the chests in this order: center, bottom
  right-hand side, middle left-hand side, top right-hand side, middle-right,
top left-hand side, bottom left-hand side, and middle-left. Use the
vortex, then walk up and get the L-3 Power Ring from the chest.

4. Room of Rites
In a password game, after you have defeated Veran in Oracle of Ages or Onox
in Oracle of Seasons, you will be warped to the Room of Rites. Go north.
Go in the direction that none of the statue eyes are pointing, and do this
seven times to reach a new room. Go north to find Zelda and face Twinrova.
In the first part of the battle, deflect the orbs with your sword from one
sister onto the other to damage her. In the next part, they will form into
one and switch between Icerova and Firerova. Damage her with your sword,
then when it momentarily flashes into Twinrova, shoot it with Scent Seeds.
Do that until it is destroyed. Afterwards, you will face Ganon in the
final battle of the game! Jump over the energy orbs he shoots at you, and
charge spin attacks with your sword to damage him. He will stop warping
around when the room changes colors, but the controls to move Link are
reversed. Use the same techniques to attack him, and eventually destroy
him for good! You will receive the Victory Ring as the prize for ending
Ganon's reign.
