GROUDON @ Soft Sand
Moveset
Earthquake
Bulk Up
Ancient Power
Fire Blast

You can make your Groudon learn Ancient Power from the Move 
Tutor at Fallabor town. Groudon is very useful as it has nice
stats. Sidney's pokemon except Cacturne and Shiftry can be
finished of using Groudon, as Fire Blast is a limited move.
Bulk UP raises attack and defence so it's also quite useful.

MAGMAR @ Charcoal

Flamethrower
Strength (Using HM04)
Psychic (Using TM29)
Sunny Day

Sunny Day is useful for enhancing fire attacks. Use Magmar on
Glacia's two Glalies. Cacturne and Shiftry will also go down 
on his moves. A fair leveled Magmar at avout LV.55 can silence
Steven, even his Metagross. SO you need him surely. Psychic
and Strength are supplementries, which can be used against 
ghosts to save Flamethrower's PP.

KINGDRA @ Mystic Water

Blizzard (TM14)
Surf
Ice Beam (TM13)
Smokescreen (Move Tutor)

Kingdra can be very useful against Drake. Even Salamence can be
defeated using Kingdra's Blizzard. To get A Kingdra, you need
a Horsea first. YOu can get one east from Pacifilog Town. If 
you are lucky, it may be holding a Dragon Scale. If not, you'll
need to steal one from another wild Horsea by using THIEF 
(TM46). Horsea evolves to Seadra at LV32. To evolve Seadra into
Kingdra, you need to give Seadra a Dragon Scale and trade it
with a friend.

BEAUTIFLY @ Silverpowder

Attract

Beautifly works wonders against Sidney's dark pokemon. 
Beautifly can be used to conserve other pokemon for
further battles.

ABSOL @ Blackglasses
Moveset
Bite
Shadow Ball (TM30)
Swords Dance
Toxic (TM06)

Absol is a great option to be used against Phoebe's ghosts. 
Bite and Shadow Ball can finish off all her pokemon is one
move. Toxic can be used against other opponents.


SALAMENCE @ Dragon Fang
Moveset
Dragonbreath
Dragon Claw
Flamethrower
Hyper Beam

Salamence can be used on all the Elite 4. Flamethrower can
silence Steven without any effort. 'nuff said.
