When your at osgiliath you need to keep your heros back and just move your men for the first fifteen turns because by then you will get four more horse riders and the opposing teams leaders will move closer to you so can attack them with your heros
You can unlock haldir by the following:
1. Make it to Pelenor fields on easy mode then kill the Witch-king, then swich tohard mode and beat game. (Works better)
2. Beat the whole game on Hard mode.(Nerve wrecking)
