i need help. I can't beat level 1. How do you beat it? |
To beat the boss of Level 1, equip the shield and the sword. Keep the shield up in case the Moldorm hits you, but try to stay behind him and hit the spinning part of his tail when it's in reach. It will take four hits to kill him. Don't get too close to the edge of the platform or you will get knocked off and have to climb back up and fight the Moldorm again. It regains all its energy if you fall. |

You have to do what is called a "dash jump." To do this, equip both the Pegasus Boots and the Roc's Feather. Face the hole and dash to up with the Boots. As soon as you reach the hole, use the Feather to jump over it. This take practice and timing but it is the only way to reach the ledge. |
I've collected all the leaves but I can't get the key Can someone please tell me how |
After delivering the Leaves to Richard, push the box out of the way and go through the underground passage (make sure you grab the Secret Seashell down the left-hand passage). You will come out in a maze of bushes known as Pothole Field. Use the Spin Attack to clear the bushes way to find the correct path. You will eventually make your way to an Owl Statue. Dig at the feet of the statue and you will find the Slime Key. If you didn't buy the Shovel as Richard suggests, you should do so before trying to find the key. |
