First of all it is not the level with the flying lakitu with a 1-up attached to it this is different. Go to the forest of illusion 1. Once you have reached the checkpoint, wait for the power up in the box to be a star. When it pops out grab it and touch every enemy you see. Once you have reached the goal you should get about 15-17 1-ups(if done correctly). Press start* and hit back* and repeat this as many times as you want.

*Note: You must have at least beaten this level once.
