At the title screen push:

Unlock All Modes
At the title screen push:
1) A
2) Up

4) Left
5) Right
6) Right
7) Left
8) Right
9) A
10) Down
11) Right
Then push:
1) Left
2) Right
3) A
4) Right
5) Up
6) Left
7) Right
8) B
9) A
10) Up
11) Right
12) Down
13) Right
To transform into Shin Akuma or Bison, you most to do this,hold start and select(but hold start first)and select Akuma or Bison.
Alternative costumes:
Press L or R when choosing a character to access their alternative costume.
Put the following at the title screen.
All characters:
Left, Right, Down, Right, L, L, A, L, L, B, R, A, Up.
All Ism-Plus Modes:
A, Up, A, L, R, Right, L, Right, A, Down, Right.
All modes(Mazi, Saikyou, Etc.):
L, Right, A, R, Up, L, Right, B, A, Up, Right, Down, Right.
