Question for Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship Tournament 2004

I wanna use the following gameshark code on yugioh world championship 2004:
593C1DB9 A01A
4C7E408F 96D7
It's a code for get all the cards, I wanna use it on a emulator "vba link 1.8", the emulator well accept it (the code appear in the cheatlist) but it don't do anything, and with other code too.
I have tried with the master code of european version of the game and it still don't work. (normaly vba don't need master code for use gameshark code)

You can't. These codes don't work on the VBA.
