I have unlocked arkana,rare hunter,umbra&lumis,strings,odion and marik ishtar!how I open the next opponents...i read to another guy's question that I must have pure monsters...what did he mean with the word pure?

Lol. It means exactly as it's said. You need a deck with only monsters to unlock Ishizu Ishtar. As soon as your deck has only monsters at this stage, she will appear in the selection screen. Beat her with the monster deck once to have her forever. You can then duel her with any deck you like.
