I have a problem. I defeated all the level 1 free duels and the batteryman but noone else unblocked? How am I supposed to unblock rest? By the way where do you enter sodes for stuff like infinite dp or instant win?

You would have to beat all the level 1 duelist 3 times each in order to unlock the level 2 duelist.
You have to enter those codes in a sperate system called a gameshark, codebreaker, etc.
