Question for Yu-Gi-Oh! The Sacred Cards

I' m at the card shop and i also beat wevill underwood in a duel and then the first rare hunter but when I get to the card shop arkana's not there.

But when I challenge the guy guarding the basement he says some of arkana's name is he ment to be there and how am I meant to fight arkana help please

First you go to the guy in the red jacket by those tables and talk to him.

{You don't have to duel him}.

Then go to the card shop and arkana will be there.
