People at clocktownsquare say that kiba will have information.
I already found him at the bridge.

To find kaiba you must first duel the security guard outside kaiba corp.
When you defeat him he will tell you togo and find Mokuba. Mokuba is at the building but so are some gouls you must duel one of them when you beat them you can ask mokuba where kaiba will be.
