There is no code for The Winged Dragon of Ra.
The only way to get Ra is to beat Marik Ishtar near the end of the game (the final duel against the final duelist).
But don't get your hopes up just yet, even though you can get Ra you still can't use it, because Ishizu Ishtar (Marik's older sister) will ask for Slifer, Obelisk, & Ra after you beat Marik, and you can't say no!
It seems bad but if she dosn't ask you for the three the game will end after that, and you still won't use Ra!
So there is no way to play with Ra.
If you want to use a God Card you can add Slifer the Sky Dragon, & Obelisk the Tormentor to your deck but not The Winged Dragon of Ra.

I got the wing dragon of ra by using a gameshark. (IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET RA!!!)

There is no code for RA the 3 god cards don't have codes you earn them by defeting YuGi and Kaiba and you get Ra by defeating Marik.
