Try to duel every main character and it makes it 9
Just walk around in alot of places in time square then go to the clokc in the center of it'
When you come out of your house where the men are standing telling you that you can't pass until nine o'clock go through the gate then it will show up three dots the three places are the card shop, art museum, and the town square.
