It's not where do you do it's where do you go is what you mean you go to the building to duel mai and you get the slifer from yami yugi when you duel him

Marla answered:

At the park, there is a guy with big blue hair & white shirt. He will ask you where to find Yugi. Tell him & he will agree to duel you. After, he will tell you where Mai is. She won't be at the arcade (game game building) unless you duel him. Also, duel the card shop owner after the duel with Arcana, & Yugi will show up at the toy shop, where you can duel him for Beaver Warrior. Mokuba will also duel you after saving Joey and Téa, but before the duels with Ishizu & Kaiba. You get Slifer from Yugi at the finals.

Sam Blaxell answered:

You get slifer the sky dragon from defeating yugi. You can also obtain Obelisk the tormentor from kaiba.
