Hey, I can't figure out what to do after I beat weevil, and i can't find mia?

You need to go to the clock tower square. Under the fountain there should be this person. Talk to him and he should say that somethings happening at the card shop. Go there and face Arkana.

Beat him and you should unlock the bridge and building. At the bridge you face strings and at the building you face mai.

Also at the building go inside and talk to Joey. After that you should unlock the aquarium where mako is.
