He has a neo ghost deck. Which consists of a lot of shadow and fiend monsters. I advise a deck made of light (since light destroys fiend no matter what) and dream (since dreams destroy shadows) monsters. Then high powered monsters such as baby dragons and sangans and high defense monsters such as battle and mountain warriors. Hope I helped. P.s. After you defeat him he becomes a fortune teller.
