Question for Yu-gi-oh! GX Duel Acadamy

I have seen in the character deck FAQ two names. Blair and Gerrard. Who are they? What dorm do I need to be in to access them? I don't remember seeing them as Slifer, Ra, or Obolisk. Please help. Thank you very much in advance.

You need to be in Slifer red to see them and duel them. Hope it helps
