Well for Alexis you have to cometo Obelisk Blue-Girl's Dorm at night when Alexis is and she will ask what the heck you are doing there and her friends will appear. Beat them and duel Alexis. If you win against her you then get to send messages to her. To get Chazz, you must be a Ra and beat Chazz a bunch of times and Crowler will say you two will duel and if you beat him you will become an Obelisk Blue and Chazz will leave(Hooray!). Then, later Chancellor Sheppard will recruit you for the school duel. When the day arrives you find out that the other schools representative is Chazz. He will rant about how cool he is,(yeah, right)by saying Chazz Thunda! I thought it was "Chazz it up!" but what the heck. You then duel him and if you win you get the ojama set without the king. Chazz will be sad for a while and then, Jaden, Alexis, Bastion, Syrus, and Chumley will cheer him up by doing the "Chazz Thunder"speech altogether. Then you can send mail to the Chazz. Good Luck.

Sorry, before I left out a detail. When you are a ra, Alexis's friends have to say theres somebody sneeking about their dorm to get her's.

For Alexis-
First visit the Obelisk Blue Girls Dorm(prbably at night, but whenever.)rank DOESNT MATTER!!!!! Wait a while(three months) then you overhear Alexis' two friends Mindy and Jasmine(who are uniquely annoying), talking about someone creepy lurking around the girls dorm. Go to the girls dorm at night when Alexis is there. The three will spot you and question you for being the perv. Alexis kinda believes you're innocent, but Jasmine just hates men-or you it's your call. You battle them both. Wipe the floor with them then beat Alexis, and after long dialog(like the one at the end of the Jaden/Alexis duel in the anime), then you can send mail.

For Chazz-
If you're in Ra, or Slifer, beat his stuck up ass 10 times. The next friday, Crowler will announce that you are facing Chazz in a Dorm Switch duel(like the one he had with Bastion, when he got pwned.). Beat him, he leaves school and you're in Obelisk! YAY!!!!! A while later(a month I think) The school duel will come up, and the rep. Is Chazz. Beat him again, and he comes back to Duel Academy, and you get to send mail to him!
If youre Obelisk(and don't have it), You need to be a "Superior" Duelist I think, and turn down his challenge. You face his cronies(i think) then face him. Beat Him.

For alexis I got her email when I was a slifer

I'm in ra yellow I beat chazz like 20 times and I never heard of those and I aced the dorm test three times
