How do you get Elemental hero shining flare wingman,or enter the action replay/gameshark codes,where do you go to do that?

Well to shining flame wingman (or whatever it was called) you have to buy it from the store of have 3000 dp and enter the password for it at the store once you have it you must fuse the necessary cards to use it in battle. For the other question if you have an emulator go to cheats and click cheat list and then gameshark then there ya go now bye
