Ok, on story mode i've almost completed it, but there is a ? Place next to 9-volt. I don't know who it is and how to get it. Could someone please tell me?

There is a character next to 9-volt it's fronk I havent beat him yet but I know it's fronk

No, it's not Fronk, it's the same as the one left next to 9-volt but you start with only THREE seconds on the timer
IT IS NOT FRONK!!!!!!!!!!!! You can only get him in spindex. That is speedier spin by getting over 50 on wario watch.
It is a very fast level where you start every microgame with only three seconds on the clock. It is difficult at first, but after a while you'll get the hang of it!
