I need help to get splicer island plans on gameboy advanced

I went to the dumpster and pushed A but nothing happens and nothing shows up in pockets

If you are playing on the GBA, there is nothing at the dumpster by the University. The plans for Splicer Island are there for the DS game.
The other dumpster can give you one point of creativity if you admire the graffiti (in both versions).

You can not go to splicer island on this version. You can on the Ds game. Hope this helps you.
