Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

Can somebody please tell me what moon base zeta is and how to get it? I have tried everything

It's an additional place to sleep and store stuff with a computer, a specialty store and a place to find the cheat ninja. On the GBA you have to hook up to another player with the game and go to the phone booth in the Sim Quarter. When it looks funny with metal bars sticking out of it, save your game. From then on you will be able to "phone home" from that booth and travel to the moon.
